All references to companies and people in the screenshots are fictional and do not correspond to real entities.
Look for generic clips
If you want to search for generic clips (such as landscapes, people, traffic, etc.):
- Click on "Categories"
- Click on the category of your interest (for example "Cars & Motorcycles")
- Browse the catalog with all the shots of the chosen category
Search for clips of a specific subject
If you want to search for clips related to a certain subject (for example an event that took place a few days ago, or a particular famous person):
- Type what you are looking for in the search bar and press Enter
- Browse all the shots found in this way
If you want, you can refine your search by setting additional constraints, such as the resolution that the clips must have. In this case:
- Click on the advanced search icon
- Set constraints, such as resolution
- Click on the "Search" button
- Browse all the shots found in this way
Check out the clips you found
Once you have found some clips potentially in line with your expectations, you can view the preview:
- Click on the thumbnail of the shot you are interested in
- Use the controls below the video to start or stop playback, speed it up, or to switch to full screen view
- Use the bar to move where you want within the shot
- Click on the thumbnail of a specific clip to reach it immediately within the shot
- See the main details of the video, such as resolution, codec or bitrate
- Click on the "Info" button to view additional details about the clips (both technical, such as the audio codec, and descriptive, such as the date the shooting was made)
Add the clips of your interest to your cart
The site provides 2 licenses for the purchase:
- Exclusive license: the clips are sold only to you, with the guarantee that no one has already purchased them before you and no one will be able to do so later.
- Standard License: other users may have already purchased or will purchase the same clips in the future.
Depending on what the seller chooses, some shots may be available only with a standard license or only with an exclusive license.
Additionally, the vendor may or may not enable the ability to purchase individual clips (and not necessarily the entire footage) under standard license.
To add the clips of your interest to the cart:
- Pause video playback (to prevent the interface from suddenly changing between clips)
- If you want to buy a single clip (but not the entire shot), go to the clip you want to buy
- Check the box relating to the type of purchase you want to make: standard or exclusive license, all footage or single clip
- Check the total of the updated cart
Make the payment
Once you have added all the clips of your interest to the cart, you can proceed with the payment:
- Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right
- Check that what is in the cart really coincides with what you want to buy
- Checks that automatically calculated VAT and taxes are correct
- Click on "Buy"
- Enter your credit card information or select a previously saved one
- Click on "Pay"
- Successful payment is confirmed by a popup that invites you to download the files within 30 days
We will send you an invoice for your purchase within 7 days.
Download purchased clips
Once the payment is successful, you can immediately download the clips you have purchased:
- Click on the "Account" tab
- Click on "Purchased videos"
- Click on the footage whose clips you want to download
- Click on the download link of the clip you want to download
